Suitcase Surprise...

What a sweet surprise this morning on Marietta's blog...Sweet Old Vintage...She is showing ways to use old suitcases and to my surprise my little stairwell guestroom wall was shown. I love little old paper suitcases ! The insides are sooooo sweet...had to find a way to show them off !

Arbor Day...Think Pink !

On Saturday February 26th Old Town celebrates Arbor Day. Events start at 10:00 am This will include the planting of a large Lacebark Elm Tree in the park, Nature Walks and Children's nature activities.Come by Antiques In Old Town to enter a free drawing for a Beautiful PINK Dogwood Tree. We will have Coffee and Cookies. Live music by " Questionable Characters " for you to enjoy. Spring is almost here ! Come Join Us and Visit All the Old Town Shops...

We all had so much FUN...Cutting , Glueing , Reading out loud the CRAZY ROMANCE NOVELS as we created ! What a FUN group of girls... Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year ! Sharing our Old- New Loft. This has been a busy year... In January we decided to put our 115 year old home up for sale and move in over our shop. For years this area has been many different businesses. Originally it was Dr. Kelly,s Office. Built by him in 1910. This is the oldest commercial building in Lilburn. For the last 4 years it has been Hugh's office and storage. We have worked HARD to transform it into a welcoming Home.(Still working on the kitchen and bathroom combo laundry room areas.)We are delighted to share with you a little of our new world. Our house is still for sale. Anyone need a really wonderful historic home? Come be my neighbor....
