 Yall's come on by....Just arrived Vintage glass neon letters...They are clear glass , 29 inches tall. Southern to the core. Would look great hanging from the ceiling or hung on a wall.

Green with Envy...

  After looking at all the wonderful rooms on Where Bloggers Create 2013....I got a wild hair to paint my pale oak work room library table my favorite color green... same color as the walls .     Amazing what you can do at 10:00 pm  " Hero was sleeping " My helpers left their approval ..... look close.

  Pumpkin and Princess just had to jump up and see what I had done.Curious Cats ! Just had to put there PAWS on it.

  Victoria Magazine has out a WONDERFUL issue on Monograms....I will be looking more closely at all the old linens that come my way.

 Sunday was spent at the Atlanta Gift Mart....We walked about  30 miles hunting  for some great treasures for the Shop. Found a few great things. Hoping they arrive ASAP.  It is hard to shop for Christmas in summer. Shop owners are always having to look for the next Holiday Season. Makes you want to slow down and enjoy the now !

Beautiful Sunset...

 Last night as I was creating these little Bird books....this is what I saw out the window ! AMAZING SUNSET...It only lasted about 5 minutes. Nothing we create can compare. I hurried to find my camera so I could capture the Beautiful Sunset.

Sunday Showers...

  Another Shower filled Sunday... Sunday was a great day to finally sew up  shower curtains for our claw foot tub. It takes two... to cover both sides... So Sunday was spent  measuring...cutting and stitching. When I finally got these done and up I realized that the window needed a curtain too. So this is what my wet Sunday produced.

  The bathroom is a great place to display my old green dustpan collection....right above the cats litter box...very convenient !

  My little hand towels that spell WASH. Took awhile to find these....

Celebrating the Fourth...

  Antiques in Old Town IS OPEN TODAY

Due to RAIN...Lilburns Fireworks have been postponed until September first. Celebrating with out them  !  The Shop will be OPEN ....10:00 to 5:00 today....Playing in the RAIN encouraged. Come by and see us , Hugh will cook you up a July 4th Hot Dog !
